M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers Welcomes Robert Miller to Their Legal Team

M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to announce the addition of Robert Miller to their team as a skilled attorney. Robert brings over a decade of experience in civil litigation, trial advocacy, and personal injury law, making him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.

Robert received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where he concentrated on Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy. His extensive background includes nearly five years as an in-house trial attorney for Mercury Insurance, where he gained firsthand knowledge of the insurance defense industry. This insider perspective equips him to effectively advocate for his clients at M&Y, helping them secure the justice they deserve.

Robert’s legal career began with a clerkship at the State Bar of California and an externship for the Honorable Yvonne Sanchez at the Norwalk Courthouse. His first jury trial as a prosecutor for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office sparked his passion for trial work, leading him to litigate nearly a dozen jury trials with exceptional outcomes.

“Robert’s unique experience in both personal injury and insurance defense brings a fresh perspective to our team,” said Nick T. Movagar, co-founder and managing partner of M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers. “We are thrilled to have him on board and confident that his dedication to client advocacy will further our mission to fight for the injured.”

Outside of the courtroom, Robert is actively involved in the legal community, holding memberships in prominent organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). This active involvement keeps him connected and informed, benefiting our clients and the legal community at large.
