Mr. Zurawski is the Senior Trial Attorney and Head of Litigation at M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers. His personal injury jury trial specialties include wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal injuries, including all extremities.
He is willing, ready, and able to take on any challenge during the litigation and trial phases of a personal injury lawsuit, benefiting the injured plaintiff, and maximizing his or her monetary recovery.
Mr. Zurawski’s legal career spans 42 plus years. His personal injury jury trials to verdict are more than 50. He has tried cases with great success against some of the most influential trial attorneys in the State of California.
Having tried cases in State and Federal Courts provides unlimited, valuable and insightful knowledge of the working juror’s mentality in deciding cases in favor of the injured victim, namely the negligent-free plaintiff.
Mr. Zurawski obtained his license to practice law in the State of California in June 1981 and has continued to try cases before jurors in a multitude of Superior Courts in the State of California. He is also an ongoing active member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar (1978) and the District of Columbia Bar (1980).
Mr. Zurawski practiced plaintiffs’ personal injury law exclusively from March 1982 through April 1992. In 1992, he took a position as the managing trial attorney for Golden Eagle Insurance Company by managing its staff counsel operations for Orange and Los Angeles, as well as its Northern California office until October 1997.
In October of 1997, he became the senior trial lawyer and resident attorney at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. In May 2019, he joined Farmers Insurance Company’s staff counsel operation in Orange County. In September 2022, he joined M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers and has been successful in building a highly successful litigation team.
