About Will Ramey

Will handles all phases of litigation from filing of suit through discovery, deposition, expert disclosure, expert discovery, and jury trials throughout California.

Will’s experience spans a wide range of cases, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, trucking accidents, brain injury cases, premises liability cases such as slip and falls, and animal attacks such as dog bites. Will works tirelessly to ensure each and every client gets just compensation.

Will chose to practice plaintiff’s personal injury law because he believes that personal injury victims are often the most vulnerable and who need legal representation the most.

Prior to practicing personal injury law, Will represented individuals in consumer areas of practice including bankruptcy, wills & trust, and probate court.

Also, because most people are unfamiliar with their rights in connection with a personal injury claim, the other side, which is almost always a billion-dollar insurance company, often tries to take advantage of them by either denying their claim or offering to pay them much less than their claim is worth. This is where Will Ramey steps into the case to ensure all of his clients’ rights are protected and that all clients get just and full compensation.

Will A. Ramey, Esq. is not just an attorney, but a tireless advocate for his clients. His dedication to his clients and his commitment to justice make him a formidable opponent in the courtroom and a trusted advisor outside of it. His work speaks for itself, and his clients can attest to his unwavering dedication to their cause.

When Will is not practicing law and representing the injured, he likes traveling and spending time with his 7 kids and wife of 20 years.
