Gregory R. Woodhead joined M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers in January 2018 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2017 and after passing the 2017 California Bar Exam. Prior to working at M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers, Mr. Woodhead had interned at the Union Rescue Mission Family Law Clinic on Skid Row in Los Angeles helping to defend the interests and rights of the less fortunate who could not afford legal representation. Mr. Woodhead helped his clients navigate through the complex maze of laws that in many instances are in place to help us, yet that few truly understand or know exist.
While pursuing his Juris Doctorate at Pepperdine University School of Law, Mr. Woodhead was accepted into the #1 ranked Dispute Resolution Program in the United States. Following countless mock arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations, Mr. Woodhead received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, which has helped him fight and obtain the best results for his clients.
Mr. Woodhead has experience representing clients in various tort claims including mass torts, car accidents, trucking accidents, animal attacks, and premise liability cases, among others. In mass tort claims, Mr. Woodhead has defended the rights and interests of victimized individuals against goliath Pharmaceutical companies who have manufactured defective prescription drugs and medical devices, which in turn have caused fatal diseases or serious physical ailments to their users.
