Daniel D. Kim joined M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers in 2018 soon after graduating from Loyola Law School, working full time as a law clerk. During his time as a law clerk, Mr. Kim demonstrated many traits to the firm’s partners that showed his potential to become a great attorney. Mr. Kim passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt, and thereafter became a full-time associate attorney of M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers.
Mr. Kim received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2018. While attending law school, Mr. Kim was part of the Landlord/Tenant Clinic which was associated with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he learned how to advocate for tenants under Section 8 Housing who were being wrongfully evicted from their homes. Mr. Kim was also a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association during his time at Loyola Law School, becoming a mentor to the incoming law students.
In his short time with M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers, Mr. Kim has established himself as an important member of the firm, championing the rights of his clients who have suffered as a result of another party’s negligent and wrongful conduct. Mr. Kim strongly demonstrated his efforts by assisting the firm obtain a $500,000.00 settlement for a client injured in a motor vehicle accident.
Mr. Kim was born and raised in Philadelphia, and spent five years in New York City prior to settling down in Los Angeles. Mr. Kim is a passionate sports fan, and enjoys playing soccer in his free time.
