Nicholas Biechlin

During law school, Nicholas interned with the Ventura County Public Defender’s Office and a private criminal defense attorney. He also worked and volunteered with the Ventura County Legal Aid Clinic, serving indigent, disabled, and elderly community members. These experiences shaped his passion for protecting individuals who are too often overlooked—whether due to systemic inequities, lack of access to justice, or facing powerful insurance companies seeking to minimize their claims.

After being admitted to the bar, Nicholas worked at a multi-disciplinary civil law firm in Ventura, California, where he handled a range of matters, including personal injury. Joining M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers has allowed Nicholas to direct his energy, dedication, compassion, and experience toward helping people who may be inexperienced or uninformed about navigating the claims process—especially when dealing with large corporations focused on paying as little as possible.
