Daniel D. Kim

Daniel D. Kim joined M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers in 2018 soon after graduating from Loyola Law School, working full time as a law clerk.  During his time as a law clerk, Mr. Kim demonstrated many traits to the firm’s partners that showed his potential to become a great personal injury attorney. 

Mr. Kim passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt, and thereafter became a full-time associate attorney of M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers.

Mr. Kim received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2018.  While attending law school, Mr. Kim was part of the Landlord/Tenant Clinic, which was associated with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he learned how to advocate for tenants under Section 8 Housing who were being wrongfully evicted from their homes. 

Mr. Kim was also a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association during his time at Loyola Law School, becoming a mentor to incoming law students.

In his nearly 4 years with M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers, Mr. Kim has established himself as a vital member of the firm, championing the rights of his clients who have suffered as a result of another party’s negligent and wrongful conduct. 

Mr. Kim strongly demonstrated his efforts by handling and settling hundreds of cases and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.  Mr. Kim has assisted the firm in growing to become one of the top personal injury firms in California. 

Mr. Kim was born and raised in Philadelphia, and spent five years in New York City prior to settling down in Los Angeles.  Mr. Kim is a passionate sports fan, loves his Philadelphia Eagles, and enjoys playing soccer in his free time.
